Louise Kitchen

Louise Kitchen currently serves as the Head of De-Risking Management & Structuring for Non Core & Legacy at UBS since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kitchen held the position of Head of Capital Release Unit at Credit Suisse AG and accumulated extensive experience at Deutsche Bank from August 2005 to June 2021, where Kitchen held various senior roles including Member of the Group Management Committee and Head of Capital Release Group. Before this, Kitchen was a Managing Director at UBS and Enron, and worked as a Gas Trader at PowerGen. Louise Kitchen holds a degree from Kingston University and has educational background from Hymers College and Hull High School for Girls.
