Martyn Shepherd

Martyn Shepherd is an experienced technology executive currently serving as CTO for HR, Legal, Communications & Branding at UBS since March 2018. Prior roles include Enterprise Architect at Barclays Investment Bank, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, cloud migration, and regulatory program implementation. Additionally, Martyn has held various positions at Barclays from Programme Manager to IT Solution Architect, focusing on integrating HR systems and providing technical support for global SAP HR landscapes. Initial experience includes senior consultancy roles at Arinso International and Argus Integrated Solutions, specializing in SAP HR solutions. Martyn holds a BSc in Media & Communication Systems from the University of Sunderland and a BEng in Electronic & Communication Engineering from the University of Bath.
