Pieter Brouwer

Pieter Brouwer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and operations within the financial services industry. Currently serving as COO and Chief Digital Information Officer at UBS since January 2017, Pieter is focused on enabling the organization for a digital future. Prior to UBS, Pieter held various senior roles at Citi from April 2010 to January 2017, including COO Group Technology and Global Head Securities & Fund Services Client Delivery. Earlier, at Deutsche Bank from August 2004 to April 2010, Pieter worked as COO in several divisions, with responsibilities in governance, incident management, and capacity management. Pieter began the career as an IT auditor at KPMG from January 2000 to June 2004. Pieter holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
