Regina Rodriguez

Regina Rodriguez is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Executive Director at UBS since July 2018. Previously, Regina held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Cognizant, where responsibilities included providing strategic leadership and consulting for approximately 2000 business leaders across multiple sectors. Prior to that, Regina worked at Citi as a Senior Director, supporting the Global Capital Markets organization with HR programs and policies. Regina's career began at SGCIB as a Vice President, focusing on HR generalist duties within Corporate and Investment Banking. Regina earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the State University of New York at Oswego from 1993 to 1996.
