Blair Stephenson

Blair Stephenson serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer for Finance, Operations, and Administration at the University of California, Davis since October 2016. With extensive experience in financial management, Blair oversees a $340 million operating budget and directs strategic planning for UC Davis’ Division of Finance, Operations, and Administration, which supports 40,000 students and 30,000 employees. Prior to this role, Blair held significant positions at the University of California, San Diego, including Financial Officer for the Advancement Division overseeing a $2 billion Capital Campaign, and Assistant Director of the Campus Budget Office managing resources for a university with over $4 billion in revenues. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Financial Director at the Navy's Research and Development Laboratory and various leadership roles within the US Navy, focusing on operations, recruitment, and budget management. Blair holds multiple degrees in Finance, Management, and National Security from distinguished institutions, including the Naval Postgraduate School and the U.S. Naval War College.
