Tara Kasmarek

Tara Kasmarek, MBA, FACHE, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at UCI Health since February 2024. With a notable career trajectory at the University of California, Irvine, Tara has held the position of Executive Director of Operations and Clinical Support Services since April 2019, overseeing numerous programs that encompass 1,000 full-time equivalents and 68 leaders within a comprehensive academic health system. Previous roles include Senior Director and Chief Administrative Officer for the UC Irvine Health Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, where financial reforms were accomplished in the first year, and Manager of Medical Diagnostics & Client Services at UC Davis. Tara Kasmarek holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Utah.
