Jessica Boensch

Jessica Boensch is a Project Manager and Policy Analyst in the Office of Research and Innovation at UC San Diego, responsible for analyzing legislation and university policy to recommend changes related to research. Prior experience includes roles as a Recreation & Community Services Management Analyst and Housing Division Staff Assistant for the City of Vista, as well as various positions at the University of California, Davis, such as Research Assistant and Undergraduate Admissions Public Adviser. Additional experience encompasses internships with the City of Encinitas, the Office of Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr., the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, and human resources functions for the City of Carlsbad. Jessica Boensch holds a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of California, Davis.
