Shannon Anderson is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in leadership training and talent development across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior L&D Leadership Trainer at UCare, Shannon creates and delivers leadership programs for the organization’s Leadership Team and high-potential employees. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Program Manager and Project Manager at Endeavor Air, where Shannon led talent development initiatives and designed professional leadership programs.
