Dawn Romei

Dawn Romei currently serves as a part-time registration and insurance administrator at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth since March 2022. With extensive experience at Northern Trust, which began in November 1982, Dawn held multiple senior leadership roles, including SVP of Global Compensation & Benefits, and SVP of HR Head of Strategy and Change. Prior to retirement, Dawn also served as Global Employee Benefits Manager and held various positions focused on compensation and benefits management. Dawn’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Roosevelt University, obtained between 1988 and 1990, and additional studies at the College of DuPage.
