Jiarui (Harry) Huang is currently the Deputy Chair and Head of the Entertainment Department at the UCL Chinese Students and Scholars Association, responsible for event planning and music festivals. Previous experience includes serving as the Deputy Minister of the Entertainment Department, notably involved in major events such as StepOut 2.0 and performances by Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike and Timmy Trumpet in Shanghai. Jiarui has also worked in HR roles at 字节跳动 and TikTok, focusing on global talent acquisition and candidate management for the APEC region. Additionally, Jiarui managed a self-media account on Meituan dedicated to restaurant reviews, accumulating over one million views. Jiarui is pursuing a Master's degree in Management Science at UCL School of Management, expected to graduate in 2024, and holds an Advanced Placement diploma from St. Michaels University School.
