Matthew Ratcliff is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in food service management. Currently serving as System Executive Chef at Morrison Healthcare since February 2024, Matthew has previously held positions as Executive Chef at Aramark and Delaware North from September 2022 to February 2024 and March 2018 to June 2022, respectively. Additional experience includes Executive Chef roles at East Jefferson General Hospital (March 2016 - March 2018) and in various capacities at Dorignac's, Crescent Cookery, Langenstein's Uptown, and Iris. Matthew's culinary journey began with a foundational role as Sous Chef at Iris from October 2005 to December 2008, following an education at Louisiana Tech University.
