Paul Gusst is a professional chef and director with a comprehensive background in food service management and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Nutrition at Morrison Healthcare since December 2022, Paul also operates Gusst360Health as CEO and Owner. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Dining Services at Chartwells School Dining Services K12 and worked as General Manager at Unidine. Past roles include Assistant General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton and Director of Food and Beverage at Red Lion Hotel Hershey. With extensive experience as an Executive Chef at PINNACLE HEALTH SYSTEMS and throughout various positions at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Paul brings valuable expertise to the culinary field. Paul received an Associate degree in Chef Training from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College between 1991 and 1993.
