Lorenzo van Nistelrooij currently serves as Kwaliteit for Ekoplaza and Foodmarqt at Udea BV, focusing on sustainability, health policies, human rights in supply chains, food safety, hygiene, quality digitalization, organic certifications, and legislation since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Health Food Innovator at Dr. Jetske Ultee from October 2019 to July 2022, where research concentrated on nutrition, gut health, and skin diseases, alongside the development of an online skin advice tool. Earlier positions include contributions to International Study Association Umami, product development internships at Henri BV and RAPS UK, and quality control at Sligro Food Group. Lorenzo holds a Master of Science in Health Food Innovation Management from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology from HAS Green Academy.
