Teodora Pletosu

Teodora Pletosu is an experienced EU Affairs and Public Projects Specialist at UEFA since February 2022, previously serving as a Senior Consultant and Researcher at KEA European Affairs from January 2016 to February 2022. With expertise in public policies related to the audiovisual, cultural, and creative sectors as well as sport, Teodora has conducted research and evaluations at various levels, focusing on innovation ecosystems, digitisation, and the impact of audiovisual policies on development. Earlier roles include Communications Executive at Change Partnership, where Teodora worked on environmental and energy policies, and Funding & Communication at Centro Social Nossa Senhora das Graças through AIESEC. Teodora holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Political Science from Université catholique de Louvain and a Master’s in Multimedia and Audio-Video from the University of Bucharest.
