Aruna Ganti Sanagavaram

Aruna Ganti Sanagavaram, PCC (ICF), currently serves as an Affiliate Coach at uExcelerate since February 2023 and holds the position of Executive Coach at AFFEXCO global since March 2021. As the Founder of Swadhyay since November 2018, Aruna has also contributed to academia, having served as Faculty of Management and Head of the Department at Middle East College from July 2013 to June 2015, and as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing and Strategic Management at the Modern College of Business and Sciences from August 2012 to May 2013. Additional academic roles include Visiting Faculty at Glory Institute, IGNOU study center, and previous experience as a Transition and Career Advisor at Global Outpost Services Shell Global Solutions. Aruna co-founded Sankalp, an NGO focused on empowering the hearing impaired, and served as Chief Knowledge Officer at Ganti Teknologi Sdn Bhd, a startup for SMEs, from July 2006 to September 2008. Aruna's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from Andhra University, with ongoing studies as a PhD scholar in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
