Sadhan Bhattacharya CPTD, ACC, GTML is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Sadhan currently serves as the Founder and Chief Curator of WhaleDone! LEARNING, focusing on learning accountability, and as a Visiting Faculty at both the Indian School of Business and the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar, where Sadhan contributes to executive coaching and curriculum development.
