Timothy Phillips

Timothy Phillips is an accomplished director at the UK National Audit Office, specializing in Value for Money Audit in the health sector since 2019, after previously holding the same director role for the BBC from 2005 to 2018. In addition to public service, Timothy Phillips is a published author with works that include "The Curtain and The Wall: Europe's Great Divide Then and Now," set for release by Granta Books, and critically acclaimed titles such as "The Secret Twenties: British Intelligence, the Russians and the Jazz Age," and "Beslan: The Tragedy of School No. 1."
