Pete Swann

Pete Swann is an experienced professional in supplier relationship management and IT service management. Currently serving as the Head of SIaM at UK Shared Business Services Ltd since August 2017, Pete oversees critical vendor relationships. Prior to this role, Pete worked at Capita IT Enterprise Services from 2011 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing third-party vendors, contract negotiations, and operational oversight of accounts. Additionally, Pete held positions such as Senior System Administrator and Service Desk Team Leader, focusing on application management and service desk operations. Earlier in the career, Pete gained experience as a Network Support Engineer at VADition from October 2010 to April 2011.
