Sophie Wallace

Sophie Wallace is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Partner at UK Shared Business Services Ltd since January 2011. Throughout this tenure, Sophie has held several key roles including HR Operations Manager for Recruitment, Training & Immigration, Head of Policy and Employee Relations (on secondment to UKRI), HR Project & Risk Manager, and Human Resources Generalist, among others. Prior to UKSBS, Sophie worked as an HR Administrator at SDC (Honda) from September 2007 to November 2010. Sophie holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management (CIPD Level 7) and an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management (CIPD Level 5) from MOL, as well as a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Swindon College.
