Johanna Francis

Johanna Francis possesses extensive experience in user adoption consulting and education management, currently serving as the Director of User Adoption Consulting at UKG since October 2003. In this role, Johanna leads a team of consultants across Canada and the US, overseeing strategic initiatives to drive revenue and managing the education and change management business in Canada. Previous positions include Senior Education Manager and Education Consultant at UKG, along with training and development roles at Minacs and CIBC. Johanna holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education from York University, and an E-Learning graduate degree from the University of Toronto. Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of the People, Johanna is also Prosci Change Management Certified.
