Matt Dowling is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Product Marketing Manager for Strategic Initiatives at UKG since August 2019. In this role, Matt manages a product marketing team focused on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for UKG's flagship solutions. Prior to this, Matt held various marketing leadership positions at UKG, including Lead Industry Marketing Manager and Senior Vertical Marketing Manager, where strategic support for sales teams and industry-specific marketing initiatives were key responsibilities. Matt also has a strong background in media and integrated marketing from previous roles at AMP Agency, PJA Advertising + Marketing, and Allen & Gerritsen, where diverse client accounts and successful campaign management were paramount. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
