Nick Richetta

Nick Richetta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development within the human capital management (HCM) sector. Currently serving as a Sales Talent Scout at UKG since September 2020, Nick focuses on identifying self-driven and successful candidates who align with the company's people-first mindset. Previously, Nick held various roles at Ultimate Software from November 2016 to October 2020, including Manager of Business Development and Senior Strategic Development, where efforts centered on helping organizations optimize their workforce through cloud-based HCM solutions. Nick began their career as a Finance & Compliance Consultant at ADP from August 2013 to November 2016. Educationally, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and Management from Penn State University, obtained in 2013, following studies at Northampton Area High School.
