Sean Dill

Sean Dill, MBA, is an experienced executive in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as an Executive Relationship Manager at UKG since April 2024. Prior to this role, Sean held multiple positions at Nordic Global from December 2016 to April 2024, including Director and Senior Manager of the Leadership Practice. Additionally, Sean worked as a Business Advisor at The QTI Group from January 2019 to November 2019 and served as the Director of Human Resources at Nordic Global from December 2016 to December 2018. Earlier in Sean's career, experience included the role of Human Resources Manager at GOEX Corporation from March 2012 to December 2016. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration with a double emphasis in Business Management and Human Resources Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree, both from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
