Sydney Chow

Sydney Chow has extensive experience in technical support and implementation roles, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at UKG since 2018. This position involves deploying production environments in both on-premises and Google Public Cloud as part of SaaS maintenance, as well as conducting root cause analyses on critical incidents. Prior to UKG, Sydney was the Implementation Team Lead at FAME Inc. from 2014 to 2018, where management and mentorship of a team of engineers and supporting sales with client needs were key responsibilities. Sydney also worked as an Implementation Engineer at Florida International University from 2011 to 2016, providing front-line IT support for hardware and software installation and troubleshooting across various operating systems. Sydney holds a degree from Florida International University.
