Tetyana Kryvoshyia

Tetyana Kryvoshyia serves as the Chief Specialist in the Recruitment, Adaptation, and Assessment Management at JSC Ukreximbank since December 2022, focusing on full-cycle recruitment, personal selection for individual positions, Executive Search, and competency interviews. Prior to this role, Tetyana worked at Oschadbank from July 2016 to December 2022, holding various positions including Manager of Recruitment and Adaptation for Senior and Expert Roles, Deputy Head of the Recruitment Unit, Chief Specialist of the Recruitment Unit, and Leading Specialist of Recruitment and Adaptation. Tetyana holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', completed in 2016.
