Charles W. Hooper

Concurrently, Charles holds board member positions at UL Solutions, General Dynamics, Apache Corporation, and Two Six Technologies, a firm specializing in cybersecurity and advanced technology solutions. Previously, Charles directed a global enterprise at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, overseeing military sales and training, and held key roles at the U.S. Department of State and United States Africa Command, focusing on defense policy and international relations. Charles is educated in National Security and Military Strategic Studies, with degrees from Harvard Kennedy School, the United States Military Academy at West Point, and the U.S. Army War College, among others.
