Mike Thirtle

Mike Thirtle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and analytics across multiple sectors. Currently, Mike serves as the Director of Research, Analytics, and Strategy at Uline while also contributing as an Adjunct Consultant at the RAND Corporation. Previously, Mike held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Gary Sinise Foundation, driving growth and fundraising initiatives, and served as President and CEO at Bethesda Lutheran Communities, focusing on healthcare operations and organizational turnaround. With a robust academic background, including a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from Pardee RAND Graduate School, Mike has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at various universities. Military experience as a Military Officer in the US Air Force Reserve complements Mike's extensive consulting and strategic roles in healthcare and analytics.
