Paul Spray Msc

Paul Spray MSc, FCIArb, MAPM is an experienced Project Director currently leading the £358M Greater Belfast Development at the University of Ulster since June 2013. Previously, Paul served as Development Director at Watkin Jones Group, directing a £175M mixed-use residential development in Belfast. Paul’s extensive background includes roles such as Technical Director at AECOM, overseeing a project management team with a capital value of approximately $800M AUD, and Senior Project Manager at both Davis Langdon PKS and Faithful+Gould, managing significant projects for government bodies and educational institutions. Paul holds an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King's College London and multiple qualifications in construction management and engineering.
