Amber Wells has extensive experience in the beauty retail industry, currently serving as General Manager at Ulta Beauty since July 2015, after previously holding the position of Co Manager. Prior to Ulta Beauty, Amber managed Bath & Body Works as Store Manager from November 2013 to July 2015 and served as Sephora Leader at Sephora inside JCPenney from June 2010 to October 2013, focusing on team development and sales. Amber began their career at Sephora inside JCPenney as a Senior Product Consultant from May 2007 to June 2010 and also held the role of Lancôme Business Manager at Macy's and Dillard's from October 2000 to May 2007, achieving significant sales growth. Amber's career started as Store Manager at Merle Norman Cosmetics from January 1998 to October 2000, managing a high-volume cosmetics studio.
