Chelsey Terhaar

Chelsey TerHaar is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in distribution engineering, design, and project management. Currently serving as a Design Engineer for Grid Modernization at Ulteig since December 2024, TerHaar previously worked at Holland Board of Public Works as an Electric Distribution Engineer and Electric Distribution Engineering Specialist, where responsibilities included performing arc flash analysis, managing multi-year electrical projects, and supporting distributed generation customers. Prior experience includes roles as an Electrical Engineer at Volta Power Systems, focusing on harness design and customer support, and a Design and Development Engineer at Innotec, concentrating on circuit design for automotive lighting. TerHaar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Hope College.
