Andrea Franceschi is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Ultima Collection in Gstaad and Courchevel since December 2021, Andrea has held prominent chef roles at prestigious organizations including Executive Chef at Relais & Châteaux, Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Chef de Cuisine at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Earlier career milestones include leading kitchens at Forte Village Resort and consulting for Restaurant ANTHOCYANE in Paris, among others. Andrea's culinary journey began at Istituto Professionale di Stato F. Martini and has been marked by a commitment to excellence in fine dining.
