Stephen Stubbs

Stephen Stubbs serves as the Vice President and Compensation Consultant at UMB Bank since June 2015, bringing extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Prior roles include Manager of Compensation at Service Corporation International and Director of Total Rewards at Faith Technologies, Inc. Notably, at Santander Consumer USA Inc., Stephen was responsible for payroll and benefits management, as well as enhancing human resources systems and compliance. Stephen's career began at Citi, where responsibilities included supporting talent management and fostering diversity and inclusion within various business units. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Austin College, earned between 1987 and 1991.
