Dr. Fauzi is a biologist specializing in fish nutrition & health. As a researcher at Texas A & M he performed studies on alternative fish feed nutrition and the physiological changes of fish farmed in saltwater and freshwater environments. His favorite seafood is yellow tail donburi.
