Vinodhini Umashankar

Vinodhini Umashankar currently serves as the Associate Director for Monitoring & Evaluation at Ummeed Child Development Center since September 2021, previously holding the position of Lead in the same area. Prior to this role, Vinodhini worked at Tata Trusts from June 2014 to January 2019 as a Program Officer and Program Associate, contributing to the development of standard metrics and a central MIS system, as well as designing evaluation and impact studies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Researcher at M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation from February 2012 to February 2014, where responsibilities involved preparing project proposals, data analysis, and training field surveyors. Vinodhini holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Madras School of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from M.O.P Vaishnav College for Women.
