Anisha Mauldin

Sam Mauldin is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in various roles across the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Advisor at UMortgage since September 2022, Sam previously worked as a Bilingual Mortgage Originator at USA Mortgage and held the position of Mortgage Loan Originator at American Financial Network, Inc. Between July 2019 and June 2020, Sam operated as an Independent Mortgage Broker and Branch Manager at NEXA Mortgage, providing comprehensive services that included one credit pull and one application for customer convenience. Earlier experience includes a Mortgage Loan Originator role at Homestar Financial Corporation. Sam is also a graduate of the University of North Georgia.
