Rachel Nguyen is a seasoned professional in data and analytics with extensive experience in marketing insights and digital media planning. Currently serving as Director of Data & Analytics at UM Worldwide since May 2024, Rachel previously held the position of Manager of Marketplace Insights at Levi Strauss & Co., where contributions included developing Marketing Mix Models and delivering strategic educational sessions. Rachel’s previous roles also showcased a strong analytical background with a history of managing campaigns, executing measurement frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, starting from an Analyst position at UM Worldwide to foundational roles in digital media planning at Blue 449 and Madewell. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Boston University.
