John N. currently serves as a Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning professional at UNAIDS since October 2024. Previously, John held the position of Global Knowledge Manager at Habitat for Humanity International from August 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities expanded to include a project focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence for knowledge management outcomes. John has a robust background in knowledge management, having worked in various capacities at organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross, where responsibilities included overseeing information management, and the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, where John led the development of learning and innovation strategies. John holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Information and Knowledge Management from The Technical University of Kenya and a Master of Science in Information and Knowledge Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, along with additional qualifications in humanitarian leadership and language studies.
