Manuel Brakaj

Manuel Brakaj is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at UNAIDS since July 2023. Prior to this role, Manuel worked with United Nations Volunteers for over 16 years as a Talent Pool Associate, and previously held the position of UNV Operations Assistant at UNDP Albania from January 2005 to January 2007. Manuel holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool, completed between 2016 and 2019, and a degree in Teacher & Translator from Universiteti Teknologjik 'Ismail Qemal Vlora', focusing on English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
