Emma Dineen

Emma Dineen is the current Associate Buyer for Kitchen Accessories at Uncommon Goods. Prior to this, they were a Senior Allocation Analyst at The TJX Companies, Inc. from June 2019 to August 2021. In this role, Emma was responsible for conducting independent analyses on product price assortment, geographic performance, and market trends to make recommendations for prospective plans. Emma also managed the level and type of product being systematically shipped to stores on a daily basis, and coordinated store visits and assessed trends from competing retailers to evaluate product in the market for current standards on brand, fashion, quality, and price point.

Before their time at The TJX Companies, Inc., Emma served as a Retail Management Intern at Nordstrom from May 2018 to August 2020. In this role, they were responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store, as well as providing customer service and support. Emma also spent time as a Marketing Intern at black dog DESIGNS LLC from June 2017 to August 2017, where they assisted with creating marketing and promotional materials, as well as conducting market research.

Emma is a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for retail and marketing. Emma is a quick learner and has a strong attention to detail. Emma is also a strong communicator and excels at working with others to achieve common goals.
