Michelle Hackett

Michelle Hackett, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and business management. Currently serving as a Core Community Member focusing on Go To Market (GTM) strategies at Underscore VC, Michelle has held various leadership roles at Smartsheet, including Global Director of Customer Success for Renewals, Onboarding, and SMB and Mid Market Customer Success. Other positions at Smartsheet include Global Director of Customer Success for the Scale Team and Senior Manager of Global Customer Success for Scaled Customer Success. Additionally, Michelle was a Founding Fellow at On Deck and co-owner and partner at Cranberry Vine Catering & Events. Earlier in the career at Zmags, Michelle held the position of Director of Customer Success for North America. Michelle holds an MBA in Global Management and Business Analytics from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and completed an MBA Study Abroad Program focused on Business - Russia in Transition at the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University.
