Ben Gutteridge

Ben Gutteridge is an aspiring professional with diverse experience in customer service and sports officiating. Currently an apprentice at Underwoods since January 2022, Ben previously worked as a crew member at McDonald's from August 2019 to December 2021, fulfilling a childhood dream. Prior to that, Ben gained initial work experience as a sales assistant at Matalan in May 2019, where responsibilities included managing customer interactions and organizing merchandise. Ben's passion for football led to a role as a referee for Suffolk FA from February 2016 to May 2018, contributing to youth development in the sport until the decision to discontinue due to negative experiences with spectators.
