Alexandra Meierhans

Alexandra Meierhans is an experienced project manager and consultant specializing in governance, rule of law, and peacebuilding. Currently serving as Project Manager at UNDP since January 2020, Alexandra leads the Global Programme's day-to-day operations and coordinates partnerships with various stakeholders. Previously, Alexandra held multiple roles at UNDP, including Programme Analyst and Programme Officer, where responsibilities included program development, monitoring and evaluation, and policy advice on justice and security issues. Additional experience encompasses social media management at GovFaces, project management with the IOM, and logistical coordination at ICTSD. Alexandra holds a Master in Development Studies with a focus on Conflict and Development from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Ottawa.
