Nithima Ducrocq

Nithima Ducrocq is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and innovative solutions, currently serving as a Learning Designer and Digital Advisor at UNDP since January 2021, where efforts focus on promoting ethical technology use and supporting government initiatives. Nithima's experience spans roles such as Fellow at The Women's Impact Alliance, Advisor and Mentor in Residence at Impact Hub Phnom Penh, and technology leadership positions at the World Food Programme, driving technology solutions for early warning systems and monitoring tools. As a co-founder of YesMom, Nithima developed a reproductive health app aimed at empowering women in healthcare decision-making. Nithima's consulting work includes digital strategy for agencies like Love Frankie and IOM, in addition to leadership roles in start-up initiatives. Academic qualifications include multiple Master's degrees in Economics and Public Policy from École Polytechnique, Sciences Po, and ENSAE Paris, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po and Development Economics exchange at the University of Sydney.
