Nithima Ducrocq is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and innovative solutions, currently serving as a Learning Designer and Digital Advisor at UNDP since January 2021, where efforts focus on promoting ethical technology use and supporting government initiatives. Nithima's experience spans roles such as Fellow at The Women's Impact Alliance, Advisor and Mentor in Residence at Impact Hub Phnom Penh, and technology leadership positions at the World Food Programme, driving technology solutions for early warning systems and monitoring tools. As a co-founder of YesMom, Nithima developed a reproductive health app aimed at empowering women in healthcare decision-making.
