Karla Veliz

Karla Veliz has extensive experience in management and community engagement, currently serving as LIDER DE BRIGADA DE FOCALIZACION at HIAS since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of promoters and training on data management tools. Prior to this role, Karla worked at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from September 2005 to January 2021, holding positions as OFFICE MANAGER and Coordinadora de Recursos Humanos, focusing on office operations and enhancing workplace culture. Previous roles include Administradora at Directo Peru and Asistente Administrativo at ONPE. Karla holds a Diplomado in Recursos Humanos from Universidad Ricardo Palma and is an Egresada in Administración con especialización de Marketing from IPAE Instituto de Administración de Empresas.
