Leona Isabelle Verdadero

Leona Isabelle Verdadero is a Programme Specialist in Digital Policies and Digital Transformation at UNESCO. Recognized as one of the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics™ for 2024 by Women in AI Ethics™, Verdadero has also served as a Project Manager and AI Specialist at UNDP, and as a Machine Learning Program Manager at OECD - OCDE. Additionally, Verdadero holds an Advanced Certificate in Urban Science and Machine Learning from the NYU Center for Urban Science + Progress.
