Lihui X. is an accomplished Programme Specialist focused on the Ethics of AI and Neurotechnology at UNESCO since June 2019. Previously held roles include Associate Programme Specialist within the Bioethics and Ethics of Science and Technology Team and member in charge of Scenarios for the SHS commission at UNESCO’s 41st General Conference. Lihui’s experience also encompasses project management at the World Health Organization, facilitating international policy dialogues and coordinating global reporting on health worker mobility. Further, Lihui contributed to health programs at the International Labour Organization and Towers Watson, alongside analytical research at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
