Carlene Alexander

Carlene Alexander has extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and human resources, currently serving as Vice President Global DEIB at UNFCU. Previous roles include AVP, Global DEI, and Global Diversity Officer at the same organization, as well as Manager of Diversity and HR Systems and Manager of HR Administration at United Nations FCU. Carlene Alexander began a career as an HR Business Partner at the United Nations. Educationally, Carlene Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Baruch College, achieved between 2001 and 2003, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution, completed between 1995 and 1998.
