Tom Jose

Tom Jose is an experienced program manager currently holding positions at PowerUp Money and Uni Cards since November 2023. Prior to these roles, Tom served as Manager of Revenue & Retention at Milkbasket, where efforts focused on driving profitability and changing customer habits. Tom's career also includes management of retail sales for Dulux Paints at AkzoNobel and marketing responsibilities for the premium brand Velvet Touch. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Philips, where Tom designed a certification program for retail employees, and an analyst position at Envestnet, working on innovation and strategy projects. Tom holds a PGPM in Business Administration from the Management Development Institute, an MBA in Marketing from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University, and a BTech in Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
