Romain Mignerat

Romain Mignerat is a seasoned professional in health diplomacy and international partnerships, currently serving as the Responsable des affaires européennes et internationales at Unicancer since November 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Partnership Manager at ANRS Maladies infectieuses émergentes, where Romain Mignerat developed health diplomacy actions and established cooperation agreements to enhance pandemic preparedness primarily in the Global South. Previous positions include Deputy Head of Campus France China, managing the Beijing office's operations and strategic direction, and Policy Officer roles at both the French Embassy in China and the European Small Business Alliance. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Toulouse and a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language and Culture from Université Paris Cité, among others.
