People and Culture Team

The People and Culture Team at UNICEF Australia is tasked with fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, enhancing staff well-being, and developing organizational culture. They manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and development programs to ensure staff members are motivated and equipped to support UNICEF’s mission. This team also works closely with leadership to align human resource strategies with the organization's goals and values.
